added classroom instructions for partners

@jramcast - please review this classroom provisioning instructions for Red Hat partners who do not have access to RHDP.

Please check:

• vCPU and RAM sizing
• how many control and worker nodes?
• instructions for admin user and user1...user5
• I know we did not not test on non-RHDP platforms, but what other issues will partners hit if they provision a plain OCP 4.13 cluster on-prem or ROSA?

Please address my comments.

RAM is fine. vCPU is not a big limitation as far as I can remember.

We have to add the number of control plane nodes.

Regarding other issues, folks are usually concerned about billing in the demo platform. No other technical issues occurred, as long as enough memory is available in the worker nodes.

Remember what I have mentioned about adding a note regarding billing. Maybe something like If you have questions regarding billing in the demo platform, ask your manager.

Another detail worth mentioning, specially in courses 1, 3, 4 and 5 is the RHODS internal instance. This is an instance open to any associate, and we are encouraged to use it. It might be an option for exercises that do not require admin access.
