This is a custom version of the CCA/PLS Toolkit, which includes the following additional major features:
- permutation framework based on Mihalik A, Ferreira FS, Rosa MJ et al. (2019) Brain-behaviour modes of covariation in healthy and clinically depressed young people. Sci. Rep. 9, 11536.
- bootstrapping analysis to provide confidence intervals on the model weights
