SMAP-Drydown is a repository designed for analyzing soil moisture drydown events to estimate ecosystem water loss driven by evapotranspiration. It provides code for data processing and modeling, featuring three loss function models: nonlinear, linear, and $\tau$-based linear. These models offer different approaches to describe soil moisture dynamics.
