Summary

There is no way to set the default_reaction_emoji in a ForumChannel.

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

In the Discord API, it's possible to set the default_reaction_emoji of a forum channel (found here).

However, this is not currently supported in Pycord.

The Ideal Solution

Support should be added to set the default_reaction_emoji for forum channels.

The Current Solution
