Initial Beta Release (v2022.1010.0)

This is the initial beta release for water-reminder-bot (v2022.1010.0).

This is the first working implementation of Water Reminders Bot, so you can expect some bugs, glitches or incomplete features.
If you find any issues or bugs with the bot, you can make a GitHub issue .
Main feature: If you use /subscribe, Water Reminder Bot will DM you every 2 hours (or whatever custom interval you've set) to drink water.
