Replace right quotation with a single quote (escaped). Github to GitHub. Changed "allow notification" to "grant notifications" to simplify translation. Capitalization

Yes, the Weblate is not that easy to integrate and also they have annoying pre-moderation for FOSS projects. Peoples from all around the world will be thankful for you. |

That would significantly simplify translations.
Meanwhile here I added one translation but also changed strings a little bit to make them easier to translate for non English languages.
