Create documentation explaining constituency-level methodology, data workflows, and calibration processes, and show examples of how to use them.

Tasks:

  1. Document dataset locations and structure
  2. Write data cleaning process steps
  3. Document calibration methodology
  4. Create hex map examples for constituencies
  5. Add example use cases of constituency features
