Applying previous patch from 0.13.0 version to resolve Pluto's Xbox captions issue

Toggling track from hidden to showing to correct the issue of previous CC being displayed after seek back
Added extra comment with details and isolated the CC toggling change to Xbox only.
Isolating the entire handler to Xbox, instead of only visibility toggling block
Correcting logical mistake..
