Release notes - Planorama - Version 1.6.2

  • Show the Draft and Firm schedule, when ready, directly on the participant's Dashboard
  • Expand searching on Sessions table by adding advanced searches on room, format, environment, and copy-edited/proofed
  • Enhance the People table:
    • Add a column for the number of sessions each person is assigned to, and allow advanced search on it
    • Improve the appearance of the Participant Status labels
    • Show the last login date
  • Improve reports:
    • Provide description, fields, session criteria, and people criteria for each report in the menu, and add ability to jump quickly to a report category
    • For a report that the user's convention class does not have permission to run, gray out the report title and give an explanation (instead of a cryptic error message)
    • Improve readability of the Participant Availabilities report by removing the seconds from the available times
    • Remove reserve participants from the conflict listings for the Back to Back, Back to Back to Back, and All Conflict reports
  • Add to the participant's Profile:
    • Require a confirmation "Are you sure?" when a participant attempts to change their primary email. Changing the primary email causes the login email to change, which can cause confusion if the person is not aware of it.
    • Allow a participant to edit their email sharing preference
    • Show the Participant Status in the Admin tab
  • Show the Participant Status in the Admin tab of the People editor and flyout
  • After ignoring a conflict, allow editing of session notes without requiring reignoring the conflict afterward
  • Remove the Remove Now button at the appropriate time
