Description

This PR adds a Angular demo application which can be used to showcase the infinite scroll package. It's currently only supporting the directive.
Also added a workflow which runs on a PR creation.

1. Install dependencies: npm i
2. Start the demo app: npm start
3. Open the demo app and see the infinite scroll directive in action
