  • Deprecate --asl2t1w-dof and --asl2t1w-init.
  • Add --asl2anat-dof and --asl2anat-init.

Now that fMRIPrep uses config.execution.fmriprep_dir in many of its workflows to track URIs (thanks to me), I need to be able to patch the Config object when I call those workflows.
