New version, new emoji sets, new features, now in Electron!

I have been rather busy with work and realized that I don't have the time to maintain a Gtk+ app.
Therefor here's a new version, with new features, new emoji sets, better packaging...
It's written in Electron, with minimal system interfacing hooked through Python backend.
This should allow me to better maintain this app in the future and ensure timely updates.
