fix(TP): fix XS compiling bug in TPmetaReq/Resp

Bug: TPmetaReq/Resp cannot get fullAddressBits from EdgeIn/OutKey in CoupledL2, since they are defined in HuanCun(Caused by pr #180)

Solution: use certain parameters for  TPmetaReq/Resp
