I spent some time writing a script for myself to perform a setup of OpenVidu on Digital Ocean, and parted a portion of the script out into command-line level steps given in this PR.
While someone can figure this out using the existing On Premise deployment steps, I think these instructions will make it even easier for someone to try out OpenVidu.
