puzzlepaint reported on Sourceforge [tickets:#35]:

Implement a "problem widget" which shows:

  • Templates which are not found
  • Fonts which are not installed
  • Objects which do not meet the minimum size specified by their symbol
  • Legend entries which are missing (in case legends will be implemented explicitly)

The "Measure lengths and areas" tool indicates if the selected object does not meet the minimum size specified by its symbol:

It will display "This object is too small." or "This line is too short." together with the given minimum size.

The problem widget is expected to list all affected objects instead of just indicating the issue with the current selected object.

(Moved here from #213)

And I think this request can be expanded to be a check for fulfilment of ISOM (ISSOM). I mean, to run a command that gives a list of noncompliance to the norm(s).

To check: symbols (?), colours, lengths (minimum), number of certain symbols that are not allowed to be used alone, minimum areas, distance between line ojbects... maybe more stuff?

Would be great when checking the legibility of the almost ready map.
