Proposed changes

This PR is to review changes publicly targeting the corresponding language branch as per wiki.

The only changes to be reviewed after two peers read the translation is the update in LLM08 title and a word in LLM03.

This PR is to track discussion and changes on Spanish translation until it is considered ready to merge. All base translation has been made.
