Version 2.0.0

Functionality to support the 2.0.x release of Open OnDemand.

Breaking changes

• Default build from source has changed to v2.0.9 from 1.8.20
• default RPM source repo is 2.0
• default user_map_cmd is now null in keeping with Open OnDemand's behaviour. Users should either write and configure their own (none is shipped with 2.0 releases) or use `user_map_match)
