Nice to have: "powerful" Descendants option, which will not be excluded

I have concept set of any neoplastic disease and need to exclude all skin cancers except melanoma.
So would be nice to set melanoma as super-include-descents, so it will not be excluded by the skin cancer concept with descendants.

So, it's an exclusion within exclusion.
