v1.0.0: Final archival version of TP-Downhole_Library

This is a fine functional library for our nice little underwater (or not) pressure and temperature sensors. However, the itty bitty TP-Downhole, designed for very small wells, is not so easy to build, and we have replaced it with the "Walrus". A clone of this library will be moved to Skunkworks as Walrus_Library, and this will be the version of record going forwards.
