We've had best results ordering coffee from Northside Social in Arlington.

Call them a couple days before the event 703-465-0145.

If you expect 30-50 people request 3 vacuum pots with half-and-half and sweeteners, stirrers and cups

You will need to pay for this and then request reimbursement from someone. Unless you just want to pay for it. LOL

Donuts

Been buying donuts at Dunkin Donuts but other more gourmet donuts are fine too.

For 30-50 people 4 dozen donuts and generally enough.

You will need to pay for this and then request reimbursement from someone.

Remember to mention coffee and donut sponsors at standup!
