after date changed it still can work bad | max delay time 30m :(

Currently it tried update by 4 different way, but ActivityManager kill process due to empty work (although in the emulator it can't, maybe it linked with manufacturer, maybe with emulator wrong inaccurate work)

on some devices if you get Autostart/Autorun permission it will work correct
