Installation

1️⃣ Download the Zip file

2️⃣ Open the project in your favourite IDE: eclipse

3️⃣ Install required packages and libraries(apache tomcat and MySQL connect or)

4️⃣ Download and install MySQL Connector/J for database connectivity(place the connector jar file in Program Files/Apache/tomcat/lib folder)

5️⃣ Configure MySQL database and update connection settings in your config files.

6️⃣ Deploy the web application on a Tomcat server.

Usage

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the deployed application URL.
2. Sign in using your credentials.
3. To report an issue, click on 'Report Issue' and fill out the required fields.
4. To manage issues, navigate to the reported dashboard.
