nextjs docs를 다시 읽어 봤을 때,
최상위 root에 html 포멧을 갖추는 것이 권장사항입니다.
따라서,
app/layout.tsx에 html 포멧과 local fonts를 적용하였고, playground의 cdn font는 제거했습니다.추가로 404, 500 에러 페이지를 구현했습니다.
