Keep cassandra-all compile-time dependency out of the shaded pom; previous release 3.10.1 did not include latest merge of astyanax-cassandra-all-shaded build.gradle from dependency-update branch.

Update dependencies and shade cassandra-all usage to ease migration from Astyanax to DataStax Java Driver for Apache Cassandra.

This release does not imply any change in Astyanax deprecation. Projects still using Astyanax should upgrade to DataStax Java Driver for Apache Cassandra.
