random-message-go

1. create a db with some random messages in it.
2. write a go script that does the following:
   1. connect to the databank
   2. use select query to read a random message and display the result.
3. set up the app with the deploio
   1. push the code to a public repo on github
   2. display the scripts result to a html site
   3. save the db's username and password in env-variables in diploio
