  1. 增加MiraiCP-Plugin可以通过配置文件选择dll，也就是说可以改dll的存放位置(不仅限于data/miraicp)，和dll的名字(不仅限于mirai-demo.dll)
  2. 更新一些API，如sendMiraiCode和sendMsg
  3. 增加LightApp，支持发送卡片，并提供了3个模板见example.md
  4. 修复若干问题
