This modification stems from @jhazentia's comment in NTIA/scos-tekrsa#13
Signal analyzer interface is modified such that calibration calls only occur when
gain_adjustisTrueinacquire_time_domain_samples().Additional updates to development tooling (pre-commit hooks) are included. This includes a fix for the previously broken markdownlint package, and removal of deprecated isort usage.
