These default configuration files included here were generated with version 1.0.17 of the WInnForum test code on November 2, 2018. The Study Guide is a non-comprehensive, small sample of the types of tests a Spectrum Access System Operator seeking conformance testing using the WInnForum designed certification test system may encounter during testing at the ITS lab.
