* after mongomock infrastructure upgrade, python3.8 is minimum. since this is only available via pip, install only this package via pip in the conda environment setup
* remove old note about python2 usage * fix name of repo in error message

mongomocklibrary is now 4.2.0.post1, which now limits compatibility to Python 3.8 and abovemongomockpackages for conda, for the conda tests, use pip to installmongomock
