This repository contains code and results associated with the paper "A Bayesian multi-outcome analysis of fine particulate matter and cardiorespiratory hospitalizations".
code- This directory stores all code used as part of the project, include scripts for processing the raw data, running analyses, and producing figures and tables in the paper. See readme in the code directory for more information about how to run the code.
data- Contains symbolic links to raw data used in the paper. Raw Medicare data cannot be made publicly available due to restrictions laid out in a Data Use Agreement with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, US Department for Health and Human Services.
figures- Contains figures and tables presented in the manuscript and appendices.
results- Stores model objects and other raw results produced as part of the analysis.
