PIOP2

This repository contains some metadata and code used to curate/preprocess the PIOP2 dataset, which is part of the Amsterdam Open MRI Collection (AOMIC). The actual data can be found on Openneuro. The contents of this dataset are described in detail in [this preprint]. More general information about the AOMIC datasets, including instructions on how to download (parts of) it, check out the AOMIC website.
