Closes #136

Setup technologies to write tests for the frontend of the project. Setup Jest and react testing library for unit tests, snapshot and DOM testing; and cypress for end to end tests.

Tests inside the components folder is not a good ideia

In nijobs it was done like that (in the same folders as the components) and I didn't find it annoying or bad at all.

However, I see no harm into putting it into a separate dedicated /tests/ folder
