Shortcuts Widget

Sigarra currently features an "Atalhos" section on its sidebar, however, this is not very useful and may not work as many users expect. We could make our own version of this feature with a few tweaks and implement it as a widget. This should use local storage, much like we already do.
A potentially cool idea would be to add a context menu with an "Add to shortcuts" option.
