Refactor Home Page

Sigarra's landing page is still somewhat similar to its original design. We can improve this by creating a more personalized and user-centered page with relevant information for students!
Users should be able to see the following information, in a widget-like format:

• Schedule Widget #211
• Exams Widget #212
• Cafeteria Widget #213
• News Widget #214 *
• Agenda Widget #215 *
• Shortcuts Widget #216 (quick access links personalized by users)

• Shown to users not logged in
