This PR reorganizes content with the goals of:

  1. Making the suggested flow of content more obvious
  2. Making the learning objectives more generally accessible and less specific to SARP

Changes include:

  • Reorganizing section headings from "General Python", "Tabular Data", "Gridded Data", "Additional Lessons" to "Python Progression" and "Computational Skills"
  • Aligning the internal structure of the github files with the externally presented structure of the website to make collaboration easier
