dts: Add boe panel backlight and gamma workaround

Add panel->boe_nt37800_dcmode_workaround.
The boe panel turns on the DC mode,
and the backlight value needs to be remapped.
Readback Nor4 gamma code and write Nor1 gamma code
when power on or panel resume.
