The Eclipse Maven editor support (Lemminx) fails almost completely without the schema being defined, making editing of POMs harder than it needs to be.

The Eclipse Maven editor support (Lemminx) fails almost completely without the schema being defined, making editing of POMs harder than it needs to be.
Also remove a duplicate maven dependency version, which is detected again by the editor after this fix.
