Add feeds from mobidata-bw.de

Context

The public GBFS feeds aggregator https://www.mobidata-bw.de provides a list of GBFS feeds, some of which are missing from the system.csv catalog: https://api.mobidata-bw.de/sharing/gbfs. (list also graciously shared by @mplsmitch)

This PR updates the system.csv catalog with this list.

What's Changed

• 34 new feeds added from mobidata-bw.de.
• 3 URLs replaced to remove authentication from apis.deutschebahn.com (callabike, callabike_ice and regiorad_stuttgart).

What's Not Changed

• 13 URLs that lead to an error page (12 from TIER Germany and 1 from Bolt Winterthur). See full list in https://api.mobidata-bw.de/sharing/gbfs.
• 38 feeds that already existed in systems.csv.
