Upon investigation, it looks like this PR was automatically closed and not merged into main when PR2654 was merged into main.

PR2654 was based on a fork of ORIGIN, and this PR was based off that PR's branch. We verified that the What's New 116 files are not checked into main.

We are ok to publish main.
