Getting Started on Visual Studio 2015

- Set up a box with Visual Studio 2015. Either install Visual Studio 2015, or grab a prebuilt Azure VM image.
- Install the Visual Studio 2015 SDK. You'll need to do this even if you're using the Azure VM image.
- Install the .NET Compiler Platform SDK which gives you the Visual Studio project templates and the Syntax Visualizer tool window.
