BREAKING CHANGE:

Updated core to 1.27.0.
Updated editor to moodle-1.27.0
Changes to correspond to H5P PHP core:
- added new translation strings
- allow more table tags in HTML
- allow more styles for tables in HTML
- replaced Darkroom library with Cropper
