[Windows] Patch for folder actions

Minor patch for doing actions on folders.

[Windows only] 1.1.0 release with basic feature

I added basic actions like copy, paste and delete for files. Folder action may have to wait for the next release where I can figure out how to clean my code and update my Nodejs version to 16.x. The UI also improve a little bit with a more responsive layout. Currently focusing on features rather than speed and size but I will try to improve the performance.
There is also a portable version that didn't remember your last session, perfect for testing.
Sorry for Mac and Linux user )': You can still run from source but please noted that everything was not carefully tested on your system.

First release (Windows only)

Release with simple features as a file explorer (not manager). Any feedback appreciate ^^.
