NightWatch V1.0

This is the last "version" before I tear down basically everything and replace both bokeh and django with just a Grafana dashboard. It'll look better, scale better, and have built-in permissions management through Grafana.

alpha, before bokeh cleanup

Final alpha version that still has all the vestigial examples of hashed entries as well as ShuffleJS tests. Alpha branch commits from this point forward will be just the stuff actually needed for the alpha.

Final pre-alpha version

Final version before the great purge; this release is really just a tag for the last commit of the prototypes.

Out of the box, some of them don't work. There are some hardcoded paths, and some static file path shenanigans that need to be worked out. But, they're really only models, so I'm leaving it as-is and instead working on a full out-of-the-box working alpha prototype that can be deployed for further testing.
