Description

In order to connect to an offline gateway, an end-node's application token must start with 0ff0ff in hex. To do this on the network tester we added a hidden menu. When you hold the back button down for about four seconds, you will find yourself in the new menu. The "Delete Settings" functionality that used to reside there was moved inside the hidden menu. Inside this menu you will see an option to modify your application token and there you can choose between "Normal Mode" and "Offline Mode". The minimum module version is still v1.4.0 to support the FTP features in release Network Tester v1.0.

Compatibility:

The minimum module version for v1.0 of the Network Tester is v1.4.0 for the module. If you want to be able to detect a repeater connection you must be on the module version 1.5.1. Since the minimum module version for the Network Tester is v1.4.0, FOTA will always work (assuming your gateway is up-to-date). If your Network Tester has an unsupported version of the firmware, you will be put into UART-Pass-through mode automatically so that you can update your module from your computer.
