- sail_ui/core: rip out most text styles, leave just 5
- sail_ui/core: add svg helper
- lib/pages: move pages to tab/ folder
- lib/routing: delete routes_export.dart
- lib/routing+tabs: add bottom navigation bar
editor automatically imports to router.dart, so we just use that instead
