Uninstall earlier versions of this software before installing.
If you have issues logging on, try a debug version:
Debug-versions create a logfile in C:\logFile.txt, you can help us resolving issues by sending us this logfile attached to your bug report.
Don't use debug-versions in production/daily use, as potential sensitive information is provided inside the logfile!
