Improvements

Improved performance when building enhanced tooltips. Enhanced tooltips are no longer built when TAH Core's 'Tooltip Display' setting is set to 'Name Only' or 'No Tooltips'.

Bug Fixes

Fixed undefined error in Foundry VTT 10 caused by rename of property in the latest version of Dfred's Convenient Effects (#55).
