This release includes the CMake procedure to compile Angpow4CCL, which is more convenient for Mac OS users (otherwise problems with clang/openmp).

Integrated version of Angpow4CCL that links directly to CCL

In this version, the interface files are included directly in the Angpow library libangpow.a, usins mock pointers to CCL structures and functions.
The role of the angpow_cpp_placeholder.cc is to force the CCL libtool to compile CCL with the C++ support libraries, but do not contain any useful function for the code itself.
