fix + ver

this version adds the version to the title,
also fixes a bug where the final time was really wrong

Reset button

There is nothing more to say I've cleaned up the code a tiny bit and added a reset button.

2021 update

I have never released a WindowsForm application so just grab the EXE or the zip has this weird installer VS2019 made.

I think the time difference works now?

I am not a huge fan of the code.
