General information and usage of KohoVolit.eu API are described in
KohoVolit.eu API manual at http://community.kohovolit.eu/doku.php/api.

A reference part of the documentation with detailed information about
individual API resources is generated from the source codes by Doxygen tool.
To generate it install Doxygen (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen) and
use:

doxygen ./doc/user.dxg

To view the reference part then open ./doc/html/index.html.
